“I work primarily in chalk pastels and acrylics, but also work with oil pastels and colored pencils. Subject matter ranges from landscapes to portraits (of both people and animals) to still lifes - anything that resonates with light, pattern, or texture. I received a BFA in Illustration from Massachusetts College of Art in 1975, and more recently have studied with Santa Cruz artist Ann E. Thiermann, as well as other Bay area artists.”
